A 19-year-old Swedish man was killed early on Saturday after falling from the third floor of an apartment building in Limassol while reportedly trying to access his flat.
Police have ruled out foul play in the 3.40am incident.
Officers were told that the man, a permanent resident, was with a compatriot in the hall of the third floor trying to get into their flat after losing the keys.
At some point, the man sat on the ledge of the hall window but lost his balance and fell to the ground.
