Paphos police on Thursday are investigating a case of car theft, following the arrest of a 22-year-old man charged with receiving the stolen property.
According to Paphos assistant police chief Michalis Nikolaou, the man was found in possession of a vehicle that had previously been reported as stolen from Limassol. The car was parked in the community of Chloraka. When questioned by police the suspect stated he had purchased it from someone else.
The case is under ongoing investigation by the Paphos and Limassol police.
