Police in Limassol on Wednesday arrested a 22-year-old driver going twice the speed limit without a driving license.
According to police, officers intercepted the man while conducting traffic checks at dawn on the Ayios Athanasios bypass. The man was driving at 167 km per hour instead of the permitted 80 km per hour.
Police further determined the man was driving without a license , as a result of which he was arrested for evident offences.
